Chapter 8

Step Up And Fall Down

HerACane learns that Dim Double HimACane has had a Hidden Her for many years. She decides to increase the HerACane power she’s always sought and applies extra My Will Power and Toxic Rain. She becomes the potent Double HerACane of her dreams! To her shock and horror, her double whirlwinds separate from each other and threaten to implode on their way back together. In her terror she hears EYE M Higher Power’s voice and obeys His instructions. She becomes Cloud again, experiences EYE M’s presence, and converses with Him. He guides her to a Steps Ladder. After settling into a new way of life she falls down into an Eleck Trick Impostar. EYE M saves her once again.

As she became saturated she considered her past. She had been called different names at different stages of her life: Perfect Cloud, Cloud, Storm, Stay a Storm, and HerACane. In between, she had encountered cold fronts, stationary fronts, and gale-forced winds. She had always craved the power that had been so elusive. She had wished for her own HimACane to take care of her. She had deeply yearned for HerACane-forced winds of her own. Oh yes, there it was. Now she remembered her secret, greatest dream—to acquire for herself the circular, doubled-wind forces that fueled her Daddy Double HimACane. My Will jolted her insides. She increased her My Will Power. Then she added more. What was it Daddy had said? “There’s always room for more!” She closed her My Sight and tried harder with all the strength of her My Will Power.

She paused and listened intently. Her whistling winds increased. A Reflect Her mirror revealed a major change. She suddenly realized that her former names were all outmoded now. She had upgraded higher than before. Her new name was Double HerACane! Her smile lit up the bright blue sky. She had power! Courage! Control! DOUBLE My Sights! With My Will and My Will Power, she had achieved freedom. Her wish came true! My Will Power had strengthened her into an amazing double force!

She celebrated this monumental event by moving easily under one final Toxic Rain Cloud. A liberal dousing of that magical liquid soaked into the layers of each twin swirling energy form. Courage Us purple glowed outward from each center. The delicious burn of Toxic Rain lit up her My Sights and lifted her twin HerACane forms even higher in the sky. Double Vision had connected her to Double Power! Since her double winds had increased in power and speed in this long sought, twin funneled, spiral form, it was odd that she started to feel empty and weak again.

Then the horror began. As she traveled lower, near land and over open water, her vision changed. Each of her two HerACanes picked up so much wind speed that it veered out of control! Each one came so near to the other that they nearly crossed. Then they separated. One HerACane became stationary, whirling in place, while the other spun around and then roared off into the distance, leaving debris in its wake.
